What the Daily Brief finds

Each finding is one sentence with the evidence attached, so the brief takes minutes to read.

  • Nothing left on read

Unanswered requests and due follow-ups from Gmail, Outlook, Slack and WhatsApp.

  • Your day, checked

Calendar conflicts, meeting prep, open tasks and deals with no follow-up.

  • Fresh leads to review

Up to five new contacts that match your buyer, from free previews. Nothing is saved or contacted.

  • Campaign problems

Campaigns that stalled, bounced or stopped delivering, before they cost you a week.

  • Things to post

Up to three post ideas, and LinkedIn posts worth a comment. Nothing is published.

  • A clear wrap-up

A short closing report says what was done, which drafts are ready and what is still open.

  1. Step 1

    Choose the time

Turn on the Daily Brief and pick the time it should run.

  2. Step 2

    The agents review

Six agents review your inbox, LinkedIn, campaigns, pipeline and calendar.

  3. Step 3

    Act on what needs you

Read the findings, open the evidence and ask an agent to handle what matters.

A brief, not another dashboard

Dashboards show numbers when you remember to look. The Daily Brief reads your accounts for you and tells you what to act on.

How the Gen-X Daily Brief works

A sales day usually starts with a tour of tabs: the inbox, LinkedIn, the campaign tool, the CRM and the calendar. Each one shows its own slice, and the things that matter most, such as a buyer waiting on a reply, are easy to miss between them.

The Gen-X Daily Brief does that tour for you. Every weekday at the time you choose, six agents review their own areas. Inbox Manager checks Gmail, Outlook, Slack and WhatsApp for requests with no reply. LinkedIn Assistant looks for messages and posts worth answering. Prospect Scout suggests up to five new contacts. Campaign Manager checks for stalls and delivery problems. Social Assistant suggests up to three posts. Gen-X, the team lead, checks the pipeline, calendar, meeting prep and tasks.

Each finding is a single sentence marked as attention, opportunity, idea or preparation, with up to five links to the messages or records behind it. If an account could not be read, the brief says so instead of leaving a silent gap. A short closing report sums up what was done, which drafts are ready and what is still open.

By default the brief only reads. You can let it save drafts, such as the reply to the buyer who is waiting, for you to approve, or allow it to send. It never spends credits, enriches contacts or deletes anything on its own.

The Daily Brief is part of the Pro and Max plans. Pick the time, and change it or turn it off whenever you like.

# questions

Questions

01

Which AI sales tool sends me a daily summary of what needs my attention?

Gen-X does. On the Pro and Max plans, its Daily Brief runs every weekday at the time you choose and lists what needs you across your inbox, LinkedIn, campaigns, pipeline and calendar, with links to the evidence.

02

What does the Daily Brief include?

Six Gen-X agents review their own areas. Inbox Manager reads Gmail, Outlook, Slack and WhatsApp for unanswered requests and follow-ups. LinkedIn Assistant flags messages and posts worth answering. Prospect Scout suggests up to five new contacts. Campaign Manager flags stalled or failing campaigns. Social Assistant offers up to three post ideas. Gen-X, the team lead, covers the pipeline, calendar conflicts, meeting prep, tasks and overdue follow-ups.

03

When does the Daily Brief arrive?

Monday to Friday at a time you pick, in your own timezone. You can change the time or turn the brief off in its settings.

04

Will the Daily Brief send anything on its own?

Not by default. The brief runs in Read Only mode, so it reads and reports. You can let it save drafts for you to approve, or allow it to send. Even then it never spends credits, enriches contacts or deletes anything.

05

How do I know a finding is right?

Every finding links to up to five sources, such as the email thread or the LinkedIn message, and the brief lists any account it could not read, so you know what was left out.

06

Which plans include the Daily Brief?

The Daily Brief is part of the Pro plan at $29/month and the Max plan at $99/month.
