01
Agreement to Terms
- These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Genx, including the website, application, APIs, integrations, automations, AI features, and related services.
- By creating an account, joining a workspace, connecting an integration, or using Genx, the user or organization agrees to these terms.
- If a customer has a separate written agreement with Genx, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
02
Accounts and Workspaces
- Users must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify Genx of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
- Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, integrations, billing, exported data, and activity within their workspace.
- Users may not share accounts, bypass access controls, interfere with platform security, or use Genx in a way that harms the service or other users.
03
Acceptable Use
- Genx must be used for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, email, telecommunications, anti-spam, consumer protection, and export laws.
- Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and consent basis for leads, prospects, recipient lists, messages, calls, forms, files, and other content uploaded to or processed by Genx.
- Users may not use Genx to send unlawful spam, deceptive outreach, malware, phishing, harassment, discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Users may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or benchmark Genx except as allowed by law or by a written agreement.
04
Integrations and Third-Party Services
- Genx connects with third-party services at the user's direction. Those services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, limits, permissions, and availability.
- Users authorize Genx to access, sync, process, and act on connected third-party data as needed to provide configured workflows and features.
- Genx is not responsible for third-party service outages, data changes, pricing, permission changes, or actions taken outside the Genx platform.
05
AI Features and Outputs
- Genx may provide AI-assisted drafting, summarization, enrichment, recommendations, workflow generation, and other automated outputs.
- AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users must review, verify, and approve outputs before sending, publishing, or relying on them.
- Users are responsible for prompts, context, data, instructions, and resulting use of AI outputs, including compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
06
Plans, Billing, and Changes
- Paid features, usage limits, trials, renewals, overages, taxes, payment timing, and cancellation rights are described at checkout, in product settings, or in an applicable order form.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
- Genx may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, limits, or pricing with notice when required. Continued use after changes take effect means the user accepts the updated terms.
07
Ownership and Customer Data
- Users and their organizations retain ownership of content and data submitted to Genx, subject to the rights granted here for Genx to provide and improve the service.
- Genx and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, software, designs, workflows, templates, documentation, trademarks, and other intellectual property in the service.
- Users grant Genx the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, back up, and otherwise handle customer data to provide the service and support authorized workflows.
08
Disclaimers and Liability
- Genx is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business results.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
09
Suspension and Termination
- Genx may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security or legal risk, fails to pay amounts due, or uses the service in a way that may harm Genx or others.
- Users may stop using Genx at any time. Workspace deletion, data export, billing cancellation, and integration disconnection may be handled through product settings or by contacting Genx.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions.
10
Contact
