Request Deletion
- Users can remove Genx from Meta or Instagram through their Meta account settings or request deletion directly through the Genx contact page.
- When Meta sends Genx a valid signed deletion request, Genx disconnects the matching Instagram integration and deletes the associated OAuth tokens from our systems.
- For broader account or workspace deletion requests, contact Genx through the public contact page and include enough detail to identify the affected workspace.
02
What We Delete
- For Meta integration deletion requests, Genx removes the matching Instagram connection metadata, access tokens, and related integration record used to access the Instagram API.
- Disconnecting a Meta integration prevents Genx from making future API calls on that account.
- Some operational records such as audit, billing, abuse-prevention, and backup data may be retained for legal, security, and compliance purposes for a limited period.
03
Data Retention
- Genx retains data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and operate backups and fraud-prevention controls.
- Our full retention and privacy practices are described in the Genx Privacy Policy.
